For Awarded Recipients

For Awarded Recipients

Congratulations, you have received funding from Delaware Humanities! Here is the information you will need to successfully complete the requirements of your grant.

Be sure to carefully read your grant agreement and to fulfill all its parameters. You will be sent the grant through Adobe Sign for your digital signature. If anything changes to your project (people involved, how funding will be spent, dates, anything!) you must notify Delaware Humanities.

Some recipients will be able to request 100% of their funding up front, and others will only be able to request 90% and will be able to request the last 10% upon successful completion of the project.  This will be highlighted for you in your follow up paperwork.  You will be required to set up a bill.com account to receive payment, or to provide us the account’s email address if you already have one.

All follow up forms and paperwork can be found in the grant management system. Immediately following the awarding of the grant, Cash Request and Promotional Information form will need to be submitted. For Opportunity Grants, after the project is completed the Data Summary, Project Evaluation, Financial Documentation Form will need to be submitted. For Action/Innovation Grants, within one month of the award the Evaluation Plan will need to be submitted. For High Risk awards only the Progress Form will need to be submitted by the assigned due date, which is usually approximately halfway through the project time frame. Then after the project is completed the Data Summary and Project Evaluation and the Final Budget Reconciliation forms are due. All paperwork is due within 90 days of the end of the Period of Performance.
