Revolution at 250: Symposium for Museums and Historic Sites

A day-long symposium for Delaware’s museums, historic sites, and heritage groups to help provide support for and help plan for the upcoming United States Semiquincentennial. Open free to the staff of these sites, the symposium will include presentations by scholars of colonial and Revolutionary history, interpreters at regional museums, and other professionals who will offer guidance on best practices in researching and interpreting America at 250. A special emphasis will be placed on conducting research and developing interpretation that reflects a fuller and more inclusive understanding of the past.
