150th Anniversary: The History of Rehoboth Beach Exhibit Opening

2023 is the 150th Anniversary of the founding of the Rehoboth Camp Meeting Association, the organization that was a precursor to the Rehoboth Beach we know today. The Rehoboth Beach Museum marks the anniversary with year-long events that include educational programs about the role of women of Rehoboth Beach, an online history walking tour, an exhibit of objects, oral histories that feature voices of African Americans, and the publishing of a book of postcards from the collection of the museum, each of which reflects and interprets the history of the city. Other programs and events are scheduled throughout the year.
