Join Us for Advocacy Day!

On March 27, Delaware Humanities is partnering with the Delaware Alliance for Nonprofit Advancement (DANA) to host an advocacy day for humanities organizations at Legislative Hall. This event will provide an opportunity for the organizations we support to talk with their state senator and/or representative about the important work they are doing in their communities. The event will also include time with the professionals at DANA who monitor the activities of the General Assembly and advocate on behalf of the nonprofit sector and an opportunity to gather with colleagues at the end of the day to discuss experiences.

By participating in this advocacy day, you can shine a spotlight on the invaluable contributions humanities can bring to Delaware and contribute to improvements for humanities-related organizations in our state.

The day will begin at 11:30 AM and conclude with a debrief at 2:00 PM. Registration is required and will provide you with more instructions for the event. Please register below.
