Book Discussion: “Stay With Me” by Ayobami Adebayo @ New Castle Public Library
Feb 28 @ 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm

Join us at the New Castle Public Library as we discuss the novel Stay With Me by Ayobami Adebayo.  Set in Nigeria between the 1980s and 2008, Stay With Me follows the story of Yejide and Akin.  While the couple fell in love easily, their attempt to have a child has been fraught with difficulties.  The sacrifices both end up making go beyond anyone’s, including the readers’, expectations.  The book has won many awards, including The New York Times’ Critics’ Top Books of the Year and Best Book of the Year by San Francisco ChronicleNational Public Radio, The Economist, Buzzfeed, and Southern Living.  You can visit Goodreads for more information about the book.

Registration is not required, but if you can attend please let us know by emailing info@dehumanities.org.  Books will be available to borrow from the New Castle Public Library.
